• Jobsite & Operational Data: Monitored project addresses, geographic GPS coordinates, radius alert thresholds, work shift schedules, trade-specific sensitivity parameters (e.g. wind hoisting limits, rain thresholds), and crew contact rosters.
• Technical & Session Data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and portal session tokens used to maintain secure account authentication.

3. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used strictly for legitimate commercial and meteorological operations:

• Generating and delivering site-specific 4:00 PM Decision Briefs and 5:30 AM Shift Confirmations.
• Executing automated proximity calculations for real-time cloud-to-ground lightning and convective rain alerts.
• Administering and securing your Client Portal dashboard and historical memo archives.
• Processing subscription invoicing, pilot program onboarding, and client service support.

4. Strict Mobile Privacy Protection (10DLC / SMS Compliance)

We will never sell, rent, lease, or trade your contact details, mobile numbers, or proprietary jobsite locations to advertisers, marketers, or data brokers.

All client data and meteorological logs are transmitted via secure TLS encryption and hosted in secure cloud database environments (including Microsoft Azure Table Storage).

6. Third-Party Meteorological & Infrastructure Providers

In order to generate site-specific nowcasts and radar alerts, our systems interface with reputable meteorological data sources (such as the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration / NWS radar feeds, EPA, and specialized atmospheric models) and communication carriers (such as Twilio for 10DLC SMS dispatch). These providers only process data necessary to fulfill meteorological telemetry and transmission.

7. Data Retention & Deletion Rights

We retain your active site monitoring data for the duration of your commercial subscription or pilot program to generate ongoing trend analysis and historical weather verification memos. You may request the modification or permanent deletion of your account contact records at any time by contacting our support team.
