1. Program Description & Operational Purpose

SiteReady Weather Services, Southwest Florida Division ("SiteReady Weather Services," "we," "us," or "our") operates an automated SMS dispatch and meteorological notification system for commercial roofing, concrete, civil sitework, industrial painting, and commercial grounds contractors across Southwest Florida (Sarasota, Manatee, Charlotte, and Lee counties).

By opting into our SMS notifications, you authorize us to deliver site-specific weather intelligence directly to your designated mobile phone number(s), including:

  • Next-Shift Decision Briefs: Scheduled daily at 4:00 PM with Go / No-Go indicators and usable dry-in hours.
  • Morning Shift Confirmations: Scheduled daily at 5:30 AM before crews roll out to confirm dry windows and sea breeze storm timing.
  • Real-Time Weather & Safety Alerts: Urgent alerts triggered by cloud-to-ground lightning radius detection (e.g., within 8–15 miles), convective downpour arrival, sudden microburst wind gusts, or extreme heat index safety thresholds for your monitored jobsite GPS coordinates.
  • Customer Support & Onboarding: Service setup, threshold modifications, and pilot program communications.

2. Opt-In & Consent

You provide express consent to receive SMS text messages from SiteReady Weather Services through any of the following voluntary actions:

  • Submitting your mobile number via our online Demo Request or 30-Day Pilot Request forms on our website.
  • Executing a Master Services Agreement (MSA), 30-Day Pilot Enrollment, or subscription order form.
  • Enrolling field personnel mobile numbers into our Client Portal dashboard for automated jobsite dispatch.

Consent to receive text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any non-SMS consulting services. You affirm that you are the authorized subscriber or user of the mobile phone number provided.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your active subscription tier and prevailing atmospheric conditions across Southwest Florida:

  • Scheduled Operations: Typically 1 to 2 scheduled text messages per business day (4:00 PM Next-Shift Brief and 5:30 AM Morning Confirmation).
  • Real-Time Alerts: Weather warning frequency correlates directly with live convective weather events, lightning proximity, and localized storm severity affecting your geofenced jobsite.

4. Opt-Out Instructions (STOP)

You may opt out of receiving SMS text messages from SiteReady Weather Services at any time. Simply reply with the keyword STOP to any SMS message you receive from us.

Upon sending STOP, we will deliver one final confirmation SMS confirming that your number has been unsubscribed. After this confirmation, you will receive no further text messages from that service number. To resume receiving shift alerts, you may re-register through our portal or contact your account manager.

5. Customer Support & Assistance (HELP)

If you experience any difficulties or require assistance, reply with the keyword HELP to any SMS message, or reach out directly to Lead Meteorologist Joseph Granza at support@sitereadyweather.com or via phone at (941) 299-0830.

6. Carrier Disclaimer & Message Rates

Wireless carriers (including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile®, Sprint, Boost Mobile, Cricket, MetroPCS, and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Standard Message & Data Rates Notice

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Check with your wireless carrier for details regarding your specific text and data plan rates.

7. Strict Mobile Information Privacy (10DLC Carrier Compliance)

We maintain strict confidentiality over all client contact details and mobile numbers:

Zero Third-Party Sharing Guarantee

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties under any circumstances.

Your mobile number and jobsite GPS coordinates are used solely and strictly to evaluate microclimate atmospheric conditions and transmit requested operational weather intelligence.
